Service Description
This is a great option for modern entrepreneurs who are interested in learning more about the trademarking process and brand protection. This 45-minute call will dive deep into the trademarking process and we will answer preliminary questions and concerns as well as provide guidance regarding trademarking and business name/brand protection. An initial search and report will be conducted and provided to the Client for assessment and decision as to next steps in trademark application. *Trademark services are available for out of NY State clients.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, there will be under no circumstances, any refunds. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice and reschedule, you will be able to put the full payment toward your rescheduled appointment. However, if you choose to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice and DO NOT reschedule, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the total service fee. We respect your business and we expect the same in return. Please extend professional courtesy when scheduling, cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.
